This website is owned and operated by Science Caddie. The terms set forth are the terms under which you may use our website and services. This website offers visitors access to golf science education and sports biomechanics education, both pre-recorded and live. By accessing and using our services, you approve that you have read, understood and agree to these terms and conditions.
If you purchase ‘The Power Package’ or the 'Power Package + Cert', you are granted access to book your place on and view a ‘Part 1- Live Webinar’ and a ‘Part 2- Live Webinar’ for up to 6 months from the date of purchase. After this date, your access will be removed and you will no longer be able to book onto or view a ‘Part 1- Live Webinar’ and a ‘Part 2- Live Webinar’. You are only allowed to attend the ‘Part 1- Live Webinar’ and ‘Part 2- Live Webinar’ on one occasion.
If you purchase the ‘Golfing Injuries I’ or the 'Injuries I + Cert' package, you are granted access to book your place on and view a ‘Part 1- Live Webinar’ and a ‘Part 2- Live Webinar’ for up to 6 months from the date of purchase. After this date, your access will be removed and you will no longer be able to book onto or view a ‘Part 1- Live Webinar’ and ‘Part 2- Live Webinar’. You are only allowed to attend the ‘Part 1- Live Webinar’ and the ‘Part 2- Live Webinar' on one occasion. Only the person who purchases access to content is allowed to access and view this content.
If you purchase 'Sport Biomechanics', you are granted access to view the videos on the 'Biomechanics of Sport' tab from the date of purchase. Only the person who purchases access to content is allowed to access and view this content.
If you have booked onto a ‘Part 1- Live Webinar' and/or 'Part 2- Live Webinar’ and you need to change the date of your booking, you can do so, up to 48 hours before the session. Simply email email@example.com, asking to be moved to another available date that this specific session is scheduled. However, if you are wanting to change the date of your booking within 48 hours of the session, you are not able to move your booking to another date.
Science Caddie Certification
To become Science Caddie Certified for a specific topic you need to have purchased the correct package, attended all of the associated webinars and have passed the associated assessment in two attempts. To pass the assessment you must achieve 80% or higher. Once you have met this criteria you become Science Caddie Certificed for this topic and will be able to download your digital certificate. Once the owner of Science Caddie has been notified (via automatic email) that you have passed, he will then send you the digital certification badge via email.
What does 'Science Caddie Certified' mean?
'Science Caddie Certifed' means that the owner of Science Caddie confirms that on the date of certificate validation:
This individual had attended the required sessions for this certificate.
This individual had passed the required assessment for this certificate.
This individual had demonstrated the required knowledge and understanding for this certificate.
Useage of the Science Caddie Digital Certification Badge:
If you have met the criteria stated above and have received your digital certification badge, you are allowed to use the badge on your social media accounts, email signature and websites for the purpose of advertising your certification. If the badge is used in any other way and/or is used in a derogatory manner you will no longer be permitted to use this digital certification badge and will be asked to remove this from your social media accounts, email signature and website.
Failing a Science Caddie Assessment:
If you do not pass the assessment in two attempts and would like to try again, you will need to repurchase the package again, and re-attend all of the associated webinars. You will then be eligible to attempt the assessment again.
Payment must be made in full at the time of booking. Requests to reschedule your booking can be made up to 7 days prior to the analysis (there will be no charge incurred). You can reschdule your booking twice only. Requests to reschedule your booking within 7 days of the analysis will incur a rescheduling fee of £75. You have 6 months from the date of purchase to complete your Biomechanical Analysis. After this date, your purchase will have expired.
If a customer of Science Caddie decides to make changes to their swing and they suffer an injury as a result, Science Caddie and its staff will not be held responsible for these injuries. Science Caddie recommends golfers to work with qualified golf coaches if they want to make changes to their swing. This is to ensure the safety of the golfer. Changes should only be made if they are safe to do so.
Please send any refund requests via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Your refund request will only be considered if there are extenuating circumstances that the owner of Science Caddie deems reasonable.
Intellectual Property and Copyright:
All text, videos, articles, live streams, logos and graphics displayed by Science Caddie are the exclusive property of Science Caddie, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works of any of this material.
When you purchase access to content on the Science Caddie website you are only purchasing the right to view this content. All other uses of the content are strictly prohibited. You are expressly prohibited from downloading and/or recording the content. You are expressly prohibited from reselling and/or uploading this content elsewhere. The right to access and view this content is for a limited time period only. The right to access and view this content is not exclusive.
The content that is delivered by Science Caddie is for educational purposes only. The information delivered is not advice and should not be seen as advice. The information delivered is for education and entertainment purposes only. If a customer of Science Caddie decides to make changes to their own sporting actions and they suffer an injury as a result, Science Caddie and its staff will not be held responsible for these injuries. If a customer of Science Caddie decides to advise others to make changes to their sporting actions and the advisee suffers an injury as a result, Science Caddie and its staff will not be held responsible for these injuries.
Changes to the Terms and Conditions:
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions from time to time at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review the terms and conditions page periodically. When we change the terms and conditions in a material manner, we will notify you that material changes have been made. Your continued use of the website or our services after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new terms and conditions. If you do not agree to any of these terms and conditions or any future version of the terms and conditions, do not use, access, continue to access or purchase access to our services. Furthermore, if you do not agree to any of these terms and conditions or any future version of the terms and conditions, do not use, access or continue to access the Science Caddie website.
